1Can I really get a same-day appointment?
Yes! We reserve same-day appointment slots specifically for sick children. Call us at (609) 808-3123 as early as possible in the day, and we'll get your child seen quickly.
2What symptoms should I bring my child in for?
Common reasons include fever, cough, sore throat, ear pain, vomiting, diarrhea, rashes, or any concerning symptoms. When in doubt, call us and our staff will help you decide if your child needs to be seen.
3What should I bring to a sick visit?
Bring your insurance card, a list of any medications your child is currently taking, and notes about symptoms (when they started, fever readings, etc.). This helps us provide the best care.
4Do you offer weekend sick visits?
Yes! We're open Saturday mornings from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM for sick visits. We understand illness doesn't wait for Monday.
5When should I go to the ER instead?
Go to the ER for difficulty breathing, severe allergic reactions, head injuries, high fever in infants under 3 months, or any life-threatening emergency. For all other illnesses, we can see your child same-day.
6How quickly can my child be seen?
Most same-day sick visits are scheduled within 2–4 hours of your call. We prioritize urgent cases and minimize wait times so you and your child can get home to rest.
