We're open Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
4What should I bring to my child's first appointment?
Please bring your insurance card, photo ID, and your child's immunization records. New patient paperwork is handled electronically through Phreesia — you can complete it from home before your visit.
